In partnership with the DME, Dr. Marco Clark of Richard Wright Public Charter School will provide technical assistance and support for creating and supporting early implementation of safe passage plans in the following three Safe Passage Priority Areas.

• Congress Heights
• Anacostia
• Good Hope Rd. SE Corridor

New safe passage plans for each of the identified priority areas will be completed in August 2019 and implemented in SY2019-20.
